    Responsibilities

    Updike Distribution Logistics is seeking a dligent and detail-oriented customer service coordinator to work out of our Phoenix corporate facility located at 59th avenue and Van Buren to assist our customer service representatives in daily functions to ensure efficiency and ultimately provide best in class customer service and satisfaction.

     

    What will you be doing?

     

    Support the customer service reps needs throughout the life cuycle of the customers shipments

     

    Scheduling and appt setting directly shippers, consignees and brokers

     

    Creating of load orders in system (load building), with accurate information in TMS

     

    Executing, tracking and updating contacts as required while load is in transit

     

    Assist Customer Service Reps with daily activities and customer service functions

     

    Relay load information to brokers and CSR's

     

    Monitor order details to ensure information is accurate and current

     

    Collect load information to achieve the desired results for our customers

     

    Communicate operational issues to management and make recommendations when necessary
